Sites like lulu.com is good in self publishing but you have time and resources to be in your own pr person. I find this a major drawback since I work full time and can't make every poetry reading, though I make some and contests are greatly limited in getting ones name out there. I have two books out "Organic Hotels" and "Last American Roar" which no one knows about. Yet I have one several contests. My question is how does one really promote their book? My too pieces are on several sites including www.spoiledink.com
