Description
The story is set in a world manipulated by elemental powers. Government and religion abandoned to make a scientific world that looks just like our world today, but with a special secret. Normal people can be born with a genetic twist, giving them powers over fire, earth, wind, water, and many others. These Reformed as they're dubbed, are vast and have left scientists locked in the depth of their labs to perfect and further the studies on what science has made. The plot focuses on a sound Reformed named Will. He wants a normal life of relaxing with his friends, but what he gets isn't what he wanted. On top of finally making the moves on his childhood love, May, he has to keep his friends, Chris and Aaron, in line and still find time to pass school. To make matters worse, he's been followed around as of late by a strange teenager clad in a darkened hoodie, haunted by visions of a past he never knew about, and is forced to make a decision between keeping his perfect world and pursuing a long forgotten fragment of his past that can and will change his whole world. What you want and what you get are two vastly different matters in this urban fantasy.
