Randy and Jay, two teenagers who lost their lives, are still getting use to their angel wings when God sends them back to earth, once again, as a collie dog (Dawg Eyes) and a parrot (Chipper) to perform a good deed. The antics begin when Randy and Jay figure out a way to educate a farming community on the importance of preventing the overpopulation of dogs and cats.
