The book is a fantasy novel it tells the story of two groups of kids who are kidnapped and enslaved in the Kingdom of Scaba, a realm rich in myth, history and folklore populated by a diverse range of fabulous creatures. The enslavement of human kids has been common in Scaba for some time, but the two groups of Kids at the center of this tale, with the help of the former queen and a host of other colorful characters opposed to the practice and the cruel regime which has installed it, overcome huge obstacles with cunning, perseverance, and courage to secure their own freedom and that of all other human kids. Interweaving Greek mythology, the mystery of the East, the magic of the West, and remarkable personal inventiveness, the novel tells a story which will inspire team work and determination and spark an interest in history and mythology. The plot moves quickly, the characters are vivid, and the invented world is a vibrant.
