Biography

I've been telling stories since the day I started talking and I've been writing since I could hold a pencil. Writing has been the only consistent thing in my life. It is my lover, my savior, and my best friend. I started writing short stories when I was about four years old in La Crosse, WI. As I got older and started discovering hidden pain and inner demons, I turned to poetry. Poetry was my only release to the world around me. I won various poetry contests and awards in the past ten years. My love for poetry soon morphed into a love for music when I began writing songs for the band I was playing in. A year ago I began writing a collecton of short stories which would eventually become my first book, 'Games Poor Kids Play'. Last week I fnished writing my second book, a novel titled 'Belly of the Beast'. I finished editing and rewriting the crime-thirller yesterday.

Inspiration

I am inspired by everybody and everything around me. I believe that with the right words you can turn the tiniest most trivial experience into a great story.
