Authors Elizabeth Sills and Elena Patrice developed the world of Nana Star, comprised of a picture book series and plush toys, based on magical characters created by their grandmother years ago. The stories are above all concerned with inspiring character by encouraging such traditional values as compassion,kindness and generosity in the littlest of listeners. These creative-junkie sisters founded ee publishing & productions, the laugh-friendly company® in order to cultivate good old-fashioned imagination by creating children's books and toys that combine timeless values with vintage style. Elizabeth and Elena raise their own little stars, run their business, make each other laugh, and endeavor to change the world in Northern Virginia.
