Biography

I was born in a small town in Southern Ohio. I have since lived in Columbus Ohio, Davenport Iowa, Rock Island Illinois and currently reside in Chandler Arizona, a South East suburb of Phoenix. Living here with my dog Bub and my big fat black cat Calvin, we spend our afternoons by the pool working. I am an avid collector of Justice League action figures, glass and crystal liquor decanters and a big Egyptian history buff.

Inspiration

I feel inspired by a lot of people, places, events and media. When I first fell in love with story telling and writing was when I was about eight years old. Every Saturday morning, I could not miss my cartoon schedule, Super Friends, Space Ghost, Herculoids, Dungeons and Dragons and the rest. These shows and stories provided a lifetime of inspiration. I still watch all of them today, not only for nostalgic reason. I remember being a kid watching them. I remember the jaded free era of my life. That innocent kid excited about fantasy worlds. Friends, family and complete strangers inspire me. The human experience is a wonderful but sometimes strange occurrence but I would not change a thing. Most of the stories I write come from my dreams. Each day I wake up, I write down the dream from the previous night. They are far fetched, insane and probably typical as far as dreams go. However, when you reflect and interpret these dreams, a story is revealed.
