Biography

Joseph David Clark is a husband and father, fiction author, and business professional. He has a Masters in Business, a PhD in Spiritual Leadership and he is also a Certified Mental Health Therapist and Life Coach Counsellor. He has written and produced educational productions for school boards, libraries and television and has been a keynote speaker by invite at the International Police Chief and Law Enforcement Executive Summit. In 1987 Joseph was an armored crewman (reservist) in the Canadian Armed Forces. At the age of 38 Joseph experienced an unfortunate human event which acted as a catalyst for life threatening manic depression. For two years without reprieve, Joseph suffered with anxiety, paranoia, obsession, despair and grief which threatened his will to live. Through this period Joseph continued to support and provide for his family while he endeavored to find a solution. Dissatisfied with the results from counseling and medicine, Joseph began a process of prayer, meditation, contemplation, and research. This journey consisted of self exploration on a spiritual, intellectual and metaphysical level resulting in Joseph healing himself over a 12 month period. He continues his journey towards enlightenment today through prayer, meditation, visualization, and ongoing study into Religion, Spiritualism, and various philosophies and wisdoms. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1970, Joseph and his wife Tracy Lee raise their four children on their horse farm North West of Toronto Canada. He is currently at work on his next book while continuing his spiritual and intellectual journey.
