Biography

I was born under an Avocado tree during a stormy night in South Florida. They tied my mom to a tree after a gust a wind took the house and my puppy (who enjoyed firework shows). I was an ugly baby. My mother once boarded a bus carrying me and the driver told her I was one UGLY BABY. My mom went to the back of the bus and sat down fuming and told some guy that the driver just insulted her......He proceeded to tell her, "You go and give the driver a piece of your mind....I'll hold your monkey for you!" Here's my promo bio: Lorraine Florido made her writing debut with Dezzer the Gasser and then went on to write Hugo the Punk, a humorous chapter book for young and old punks alike. She is a graduate of Florida International University and has been in the entertainment business most of her life.
