Inspiration

I love to learn and share what I know if I think it can help others reach their goals. My first book, "Who's Afraid of the Big, Bad Boss? 13 Types and How to Survive Them" was inspired by my loathe of corruption in the workplace and the pain it causes and costs others which I observed as a management consultant and undercover researcher. Now employees have insight about dealing with the most insidious types of bad bosses.

"The Instruction Writer's Guide: How to Explain How to Do Anything" was inspired by a lousy instruction manual that came with my old cell phone, after a string of many other bad instructions. I found myself quoting the movie, Network, saying, "I'm mad as [heck} and I'm not going to take it anymore." So now there's not reason for anyone to ever write bad instructions again (please spread the word.

"How to Market Your Nonfiction Advice Book on the Internet: A Guide for Non-Techies Like Me" came about after having read a gazillion other books about the subject and still not reaching many of my readers. Once I cracked the code, I decided to share it with my colleagues who are also searching for their readers.
