Biography
RENEE (Marjani) GREENE writes, edits and blogs topics related to black history and current events/news. She is a contributor to the American Chronicles and The Student-Operated Press and was initially published as a staff writer at the Ledger-Enquirer news, Columbus, Georgia, in 1986-87. Her former life as a medical claims analyst and a real estate paralegal/office manager was abandoned for more fulfilling life pursuits. She lives in the middle of inner-city Atlanta with her husband, Reggie; and has four sons, three step-daughters, and seven grandchildren, Mikaela, Jevon, Jordan, Xavier, Maya, Amarie and Ashanti.Inspiration
