Biography

Robin B. Zeiger, Ph.D. is a writer and a clinical psychologist. She has authored numerous stories, book chapters, and newspaper columns. Her first middle-school novel, "What About Breeze?" is the beginning of a new series, OurHorsesRFriends.com. In this series, she combines her love of horses and adventure with her multi-cultural experiences as a psychologist.

Inspiration

As a young girl, I was an avid reader and writer. One of my heroines was Marguerite Henry, an accomplished children's author. Imagine my delight, in August of 1970, when she answered a letter I wrote to her. She encouraged me to pursue my dream to become a published author. In August of 2012, I have followed in Henry's footsteps, creating a horse novel and a new series about girls making a difference in the world. I hope to use my writing to reach out to girls around the world; teaching them about horses and about friendship of many colors. I hope to inspire girls to believe in themselves, to dream large dreams, and to connect with their power to make a difference in the world. Most of all, I hope to have fun,to learn about new cultures and places, and to make many new two-legged and four-legged friends. I would love to hear from you
