I live with my husband and four children on forty acres of long leaf pine forest in North Florida, writing, playing with my kids and taking long walks with my four dogs while working out story ideas. I have an unhealthy relationship with my computer, iced tea and chocolate.

Growing up, I split my time between Oklahoma and Chicago, making me equally fond of horses, skyscrapers, cowboys and men in well tailored suits. Facilitating retreats for women and authors keeps me traveling enough to stay happy.

Inspiration

I'm inspired by life and love. I write to explore the intricacies of both. Most of my characters are gay men because I believe everyone deserves the fantasy of a happily ever after.
